CONDITIONS
Right of admission is reserved.

Self-Catering Guests:
 - As we are a private facility and for the security of all other guests, no visitors are allowed on the premises.
- One toilet roll per bathroom is provided. Any extra you may need , please bring with you.
- One bath towel per guest is provided. Beach and swimming towels as well as any other extras you may need we request you bring with you.
- Daily servicing in all self catering or semi self catering bookings may be arranged with management for a fee of R100 per day / R250 in the self catering 'lodge'
- Breakfast buffet @ R95 p/p can be arranged with prior notice & is served in our dining room. Out of season only.

NB. Minimum rates for the apartments are applicable; please send your request to receive a quotation.

The daily servicing ( optional extra @R100 per day) consists of:-
- sweeping and mopping of floor
- washing dishes
- cleaning bathrooms
- making beds
- garbage removal
- cleaning braai's

No servicing available on Public Holidays and Sundays

Please note the following conditions apply:

  • All tariffs and terms are subject to change without prior notification.

  • All prices are charged per person per night (with a minimum charge per unit applicable).

  • Specials may be requested, but are non-commissionable.

  • Refundable key and breakage deposit of R500.00 is applicable. R2000 for the 'lodge' This will be refunded within 5 working days of your departure..

  • Check in time is from 14h00 daily. All apartments are to be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure.

  • Check ins after 6.00pm should be arranged with management.

  • Although late departures may be arranged with reception beforehand and are subject to availability, a day charge will incur.

  • Keys are to be left at reception on departure.

  • Under no circumstance may any pets be brought onto the property.

  • Right of admission is reserved.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The balance of your account is payable:
    OUT OF SEASON - on arrival.
    IN SEASON - in full, 3 weeks before arrival.

  • In season cancellations - No refunds unless an alternative booking is found to fill the vacated space. Then 30% of booking quote value will be forfeited.

  • Non payment of any amount by due date will be taken as automatic cancellation.

  • Credit Card facilities are available (Cheques are not accepted)

  • No breakfasts are served in peak season.

  • The 'lodge' is not available for the communal use of guests  during peak season or on the weekends.

  • The communal games room and swimming pool are closed at 10:00pm each day .

Bed & Breakfast Guests:
 Only registered guests allowed in the rooms.
Please do not leave valuables in the room.
We do have a safe at reception should you need to lock something away.

Please note the following conditions apply:

  • All tariffs and terms are subject to change without prior notification.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Non payment of any deposit amount by due date will be taken as cancellation unless otherwise arranged with management.

  • The balance of your account is payable:
    OUT OF SEASON - on arrival.
    IN SEASON - in full, 3 weeks before arrival.

  • In season cancellations - No refunds unless an alternative booking is found to fill the vacated space. Then 30% of booking quote value will be forfeited.

  • The first 2 guests occupying any room, regardless of age, are charged adult rates.

  • A minimum tariff of a single adult rate will be charged per room.

  • Specials are subject to availability, may not be used in conjunction with any other special on offer and are not applicable to our peak periods.

  • Check in time is from 14h00 daily. All rooms are to be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure.
